COTS System Administrator

The COTS System Administrator supports the implementation and operational sustainment of a commercial‑off‑the‑shelf physical access system for the U.S. federal government. The role works closely with the government Product Manager and cross‑functional teams to provide technical direction, operations and maintenance support, and vendor coordination within Agile environments. Responsibilities include system installation, configuration, troubleshooting, documentation for accreditation, and ensuring compliance and security standards are met.
