Counsel, Commercial (Retail)

Clear Street is seeking a Counsel, Commercial (Retail) to serve as the lead commercial lawyer for its retail brokerage division, advising on and negotiating a high volume of agreements to support business expansion. The role involves drafting and negotiating contracts, managing legal risk in partnership and vendor agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. This position requires a pragmatic attorney with strong business judgment to handle routine contracting while escalating novel or high-risk issues to the General Counsel.
