The Counsel, Contracting role serves as a legal adviser providing practical, business-oriented contracting support across all U.S. business and corporate functions of Servier Pharmaceuticals, with a focus on R&D-related contracting. The position independently drafts, reviews, negotiates, and manages routine to complex agreements while identifying and escalating higher-risk matters. It also supports the development and improvement of contracting workflows, templates, and third-party engagement processes to advance business objectives while managing legal and operational risk.
