The Counsel, Healthcare Regulatory serves as a legal resource for the OneOncology Legal team, advising corporate and clinical practice stakeholders on healthcare regulatory frameworks and translating them into day-to-day operations and contracting. The role involves structuring physician and vendor arrangements, drafting and negotiating healthcare and commercial contracts, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws such as the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and HIPAA. This position supports the business by providing practical legal guidance to protect legal interests and maintain lawful operations.

Responsibilities

Advise on healthcare regulatory matters including fraud and abuse laws
Structure and document physician and vendor arrangements within safe harbors
Draft and negotiate healthcare and commercial contracts across the network
