Counsel (Remote – USA) (1010-SLS)

This role supports the company's global operations and procurement functions by negotiating vendor and technology agreements, master purchase agreements, SaaS, software licenses, and other commercial contracts. The attorney will work closely with internal teams on vendor governance, risk mitigation, and compliance, while advising on contract disputes and refining procurement processes. The position requires at least five years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial transactions, with a preference for experience in procurement agreements.
