Counsel

This role involves providing general legal advice and counsel to senior management on various legal and reputational risk issues within a hierarchical bank structure. The Counsel will manage the Bank's Corporate Secretarial Function and oversee regulatory and corporate governance filings in the Cayman Islands. Key duties include liaising with external counsel, drafting policies, and advising on current and emerging legal matters to ensure compliance.
