A specialist individual contributor within Wiley's Legal function, this Counsel role supports content licensing, intellectual property, and technology transactions. The position involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements with a focus on emerging technologies, text-and-data-mining rights, and platform partnerships. Working independently with guidance on complex matters, the Counsel applies in-depth IP knowledge to interpret business issues, mitigate risk, and develop legal-technology workflows.
