Counseling and Psychology Supervisor

This role involves supervising a clinical team that provides intensive case management to adults involved in the criminal justice system with severe mental illness and/or co-occurring substance abuse. The incumbent provides clinical and administrative supervision, consultation, and oversight for crisis de-escalation and safety screenings. The position also includes managing program resources, ensuring contract compliance, and facilitating client transitions from institutions to the community.
