The Counsellor, Adult Services provides mental health and addiction counselling services for individuals and families across the District of Thunder Bay, working within a Recovery Framework. This full-time, permanent role involves delivering clinical support through intake, assessment, crisis response, and case management, both one-on-one and in group settings. The position requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and adherence to ethical and privacy standards.
