Counsellor

The Trauma Program Counsellor provides therapeutic interventions to individuals and groups impacted by interpersonal trauma, utilizing a Strength Based, Person Centred, and Holistic approach. This role involves creating a safe healing space, conducting clinical assessments, and facilitating group counselling within a supervised clinical setting. The position requires a thorough understanding of trauma, intimate partner violence, and crisis intervention while adhering to anti-oppressive and trauma-informed care practices.
