Counselor-Before & After School Experience(BASE)-PT

This part-time position involves planning, organizing, and supervising day-to-day operations for youth recreational activities in both indoor and outdoor settings. The role focuses on overseeing Before and After School Experience (BASE) programs, creating developmentally appropriate activities, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment for participants. The counselor will also assist with staff supervision, program evaluation, and maintaining facility standards.
