Counselor I

This position serves as the primary counselor, case manager, and group facilitator for patients with primary substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. The role focuses on providing evidence-based clinical interventions, conducting assessments, and facilitating therapeutic groups to foster patient recovery. Staff collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver individualized treatment plans and ensure patient success.
