Counselor II

The Counselor II at Hampstead Hospital establishes therapeutic relationships with assigned residents and facilitates maintaining the therapeutic environment in the Residential program. The role provides progressively basic-to-complex patient care services, increasing independence with experience and skill. The position involves creating and implementing therapeutic plans, conducting patient group sessions, and supporting residents in developing independent living skills. The Counselor II also maintains accurate medical records and promotes a culture of patient safety within the hospital.
