About this role
The Counselor III provides clinical support at Cascadia’s licensed residential treatment homes, working primarily at Pearl House and across nearby residential sites to support adults with serious mental health challenges. The role is part of an interdisciplinary team focused on trauma-informed, strengths-based care and continuity of treatment. The position helps residents work toward individual recovery goals and transition to less restrictive settings.

Qualifications
