Counselor Non-Exempt

Acenda's Program for Assertive Community Treatment is seeking a CADC/LCADC to serve as a co-occurring disorders specialist, helping adults with serious mental illness and substance use challenges build stability and recovery in their communities. The role involves working within an interdisciplinary team to provide specialized substance-use expertise, treatment planning, and individualized support in real-world settings. This position focuses on delivering care through motivational interviewing, harm-reduction principles, and evidence-based co-occurring treatment strategies.
