Counselor Supervisor & CIT Coordinator

The Counselor Supervisor & CIT Coordinator provides daily supervision, coaching, and mentorship to camp staff and Counselors-in-Training while ensuring camper safety and well-being. This role involves supporting staff development, coordinating the CIT program, and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment for all campers and employees. The position requires on-site overnight stays and adherence to camp policies and procedures.
