Counselor

The Counselor role is a grant-funded position within Montefiore Medical Center’s Division of Services for Addiction, based at the DOSA - Wellness Center Melrose in the Bronx. It supports patients receiving integrated substance abuse treatment alongside primary care services. The position is a daytime, Mon–Fri role focused on promoting recovery and care coordination within the program.
