Counselor

The Counselor will provide Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment services to clients with mental health, substance use, and co‑occurring disorders. Responsibilities include evaluating clients' behavioral, emotional, and social needs, conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The role also involves participating in utilization review, after‑care planning, and program development while adhering to clinical policies and accreditation standards.
