Counselor

This role provides counseling and case management services to adults with psychiatric and/or co-occurring disorders. The position involves conducting assessments, delivering individual, family, and group counseling, and managing clinical records in compliance with agency and regulatory standards. The counselor also handles crisis management, coordinates care with treatment teams, and ensures continuity through referrals and follow-ups.
