Counselor

The K-12 Counselor supports students, families, and staff in mental health, school climate, and crisis response under the supervision of the Head of School. The role involves building student support structures, providing mental health interventions, and coordinating with community resources to enhance student well-being and academic success. The position also includes supervising interns, facilitating support groups, and promoting cultural understanding within the school community.
