About this role

BEAM is hiring Counselors/Teaching Assistants for its summer BEAM Discovery program to support middle school students from low-income and historically marginalized communities. The role involves serving as a residential counselor and TA, helping students discover advanced mathematical ideas while fostering a positive community and supporting daily program operations. Staff will participate in pre-camp training, supervise students, run social activities, and assist with classroom and travel logistics in Los Angeles.
