Count Room Representative

The Count Room Representative is responsible for counting Live Gaming Device cash receipts and verifying the contents of Drop Boxes and Bill Validators under the direction of the Soft Count Supervisor. This role requires maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with internal controls while ensuring exceptional customer service for all patrons. The position involves assisting patrons with inquiries and directing them to safety during emergencies as instructed by management.
