Country Communication Manager

The Country Communication Manager leads strategic communications across Mercy Corps Ethiopia's programme portfolio, strengthening organizational positioning, evidence-based storytelling, knowledge management, donor engagement, and fundraising communications. The role supports the Border Security Programme and the Prosper Global transition while ensuring communications quality and compliance across the country portfolio. The manager develops and implements the country communications strategy, translates programme evidence into credible communications, and advises leadership on stakeholder engagement and reputational risk.
