Country Director

Plan International is seeking an experienced, values-driven, and strategic leader to serve as Country Director for Cambodia, responsible for setting the overall direction of the organization's work and ensuring strong programme delivery. This pivotal leadership role involves leading a team of approximately 80 staff and overseeing a country programme with an annual budget of approximately USD 8 million. The Country Director will represent Plan International at senior levels with government, donors, civil society, media, and partners while driving transformative change and delivering results for vulnerable children, particularly girls.
