Coupa Platform Support and Maintenance

This role serves as a key technical focal point within the Center of Excellence, providing platform support, maintenance, and implementation for the Coupa Source-to-Pay system across Prudential Corporation Asia. The position involves managing system configurations, resolving technical incidents, overseeing change and release management, and supporting the rollout of Coupa in new geographies. The role ensures the system aligns with procurement strategies and governance standards while delivering training and knowledge management.
