Couples Therapy Fellowship

The Relationship Therapy Center offers a full-time, paid 3-year Couples Therapy Fellowship designed to fulfill supervision and clinical contact hour requirements for independent licensure in Minnesota. This comprehensive training program integrates effectiveness, growth, and connection while centering an anti-racist lens to equip therapists with the skills needed to serve diverse couples and relational systems. The position is open to a small cohort of practicum students, master’s-level graduates, and associate-licensed therapists seeking to advance their clinical practice.
