The Courier is responsible for transporting specimens, supplies, and reports safely and professionally across various routes and weather conditions, while representing the LifeLabs brand and ensuring customer satisfaction. This on‑call, casual position requires flexibility in scheduling, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
LifeLabs is Canada’s largest provider of community laboratory and diagnostic testing services, serving patients, clinicians and health systems across multiple provinces. It operates a network of patient collection centres and mobile phlebotomy services to deliver blood and specimen collection, clinical chemistry, microbiology, genetic and specialized testing (including COVID-19 testing). LifeLabs offers online appointment booking and electronic results delivery, and partners with healthcare providers and public health organizations to ensure timely, high-quality diagnostics and support population health initiatives.
