The Courier is responsible for the timely and secure transportation of documents, materials, and individuals between various Nassau County mental health programs and departments. In addition to courier duties, the position utilizes personal lived experience and Peer Specialist training to provide support and encouragement to individuals in their recovery from mental health challenges. The role may also extend to transporting clients, paperwork, and supplies to support agency-wide operations.
