Courier

The Courier is responsible for picking up and transporting specimens, reports, and supplies along a designated route while providing high-quality service to clients. The role involves operating a company vehicle safely, utilizing mobile data terminals to record stops and specimen details, and communicating with dispatch on service-related issues. Couriers must also train new team members and maintain accurate records of client route information.
