The Courtesy Technician at Grease Monkey® assists customers during full service oil changes by performing visible tasks such as vacuuming, cleaning windows, and setting tire pressure. The role also includes preparing vehicles, documenting service information, and presenting the vehicle to the customer, while maintaining the center’s cleanliness and safety.
