CQC System Manager / Construction Quality Control Manager - Primary and Alternates

The CQC System Manager establishes and operates the Contractor Quality Control system for all on-site and off-site work, with independent authority to stop noncompliant work. This exclusive-duty role manages the three phases of control, certifies daily reporting and submittals, and requires no other duties such as Superintendent or SSHO responsibilities. The position is contingent on contract award and project funding, with work performed on-site at Fort Buchanan in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.
