About this role
The role is responsible for driving growth and operational delivery of the deli2go coffee business across Shell Select stores in Turkey, supporting Shell’s non-fuel retail strategy. The position focuses on ensuring seamless customer experience and coordination between field teams, suppliers, dealers and internal stakeholders. The role includes regular store visits and executing initiatives to expand coffee offers and improve dealer and customer satisfaction.
