CRA Manager

The CRA Manager role is responsible for managing a team of 6-14 Clinical Research Associates to ensure strong monitoring, excellent study and site performance, and strict adherence to local regulations, company SOPs, and ICH GCP. The position involves overseeing staff development, performance appraisals, capacity planning, and resolving operational issues in coordination with study CRMs and GCTO partners. This leadership role requires continuous mentoring, training, and support to foster talent development and maintain quality and compliance standards.
