The Craft Recruiter supports DPR’s regional hiring needs by sourcing and hiring craft candidates (construction, electrical, prefab, modular, manufacturing, driver and warehouse) across multiple western U.S. regions. The role partners closely with field operations, hiring managers and recruiting leadership to manage full life-cycle recruitment, maintain candidate pipelines, and stay current on market trends affecting project staffing.
