Crane Product Manager

The Crane Product Manager serves as the day-to-day steward of NCCER’s Crane, Rigger, and Signal Person product line, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic vision. This role is accountable for leading the growth and profitability of crane certification products by expanding industry partnerships, increasing candidate volume, and ensuring programs meet employer workforce needs and regulatory requirements. The position involves translating executive strategy into actionable roadmaps, managing cross-functional teams, and monitoring product adoption and business performance.
