Creative Arts Pastor

The Creative Arts Pastor provides leadership and spiritual oversight for all elements of service programming at Heights Church, creating meaningful gatherings where people can experience Jesus. This role involves leading and developing the Creative Arts Team while overseeing the integration of worship, communications, audio, video, lighting, and production into the discipleship process. The position requires a strong understanding of the church's mission and vision, along with the ability to bring people and teams together around a shared creative direction.
