About this role

Block is seeking a Creative Director for experiential, spatial design, and activations to originate ideas that bring its brands into the world and lead them from concept through production and execution. This hands-on individual contributor role involves shaping briefs with creative strategy, leading project teams, and setting the creative standard for experiences that connect with people and culture. The role requires presenting creative work to senior stakeholders, collaborating with agencies and production teams, and raising the creative standard across teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of experiential work, senior creative experience, and a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
