About this role
The Creative Director, Interactive & Retail Experiences leads the design and execution of interactive demos and retail activations that showcase hardware and software products in physical store environments. Reporting to the GCD of Emerging Experiences, this role shapes the digital manifestation of products to create immediate, intuitive “magic moments” for shoppers across global retail partners and events. The position focuses on blending UX, product design, and storytelling to translate complex features into playful, high-quality interactions.
