Creative Director

The Creative Director will own the creative vision, quality, and consistency across Climate First Bancorp, Climate First Bank, and OneEthos, translating strategy into distinctive campaign platforms. This hands-on player-coach role leads the Creative Designer and guides copy, design, content, and production to advance business objectives and strengthen brand identity. The position involves integrated campaign leadership, brand stewardship, and team development within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
