About this role
The Creative Operations and Production Lead will join Culture Amp’s creative team within Marketing to establish and enable workflows, manage resources and budgets, and lead day-to-day production for integrated campaigns and brand programs. This is a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover working closely with a global team of design, content, video and marketing specialists to improve ways of working and drive measurable impact. The role focuses on operational strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and enabling high-quality creative delivery across channels.
