Credible Messenger

Tides Family Services is seeking a Credible Messenger to mentor justice-involved youth at high risk for incarceration or death, utilizing lived experience to guide them toward positive life choices. The role involves building authentic relationships, providing intensive mentoring, and fostering restorative justice within the community. This position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations while collaborating with clinical and community stakeholders.
