Credible Messenger

Tides Family Services is seeking a Credible Messenger to mentor justice-involved youth at high risk for incarceration or death, using lived experience to provide guidance, support, and resources. The role involves building authentic relationships, promoting non-violent conflict resolution, and assisting with educational and vocational opportunities. Mentoring occurs in community-based settings, schools, or out-of-home placements, with flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.
