This role is responsible for underwriting, analyzing, and monitoring the financial condition and creditworthiness of individuals and businesses applying for commercial and real estate-related loan requests. The position requires a strong understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, and cash flow projections to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit. The Credit Analyst prepares various credit-related reports, including memorandums of review and annual reviews, while working with Loan Officers to determine credit structure and terms.
