Credit & Collections Representative

The Credit & Collections Representative works closely with the sales department to set up accounts, release pending orders, and manage accounts receivable functions such as processing electronic payments and maintaining account information. The role involves gathering credit information, contacting past‑due accounts, resolving disputes, and supporting the credit manager on special projects.
