Credit Controller

This role acts as a bridge between offshore processing teams and underwriters, clients, and brokers within insurance administration and credit control activities. The Credit Controller is responsible for managing assigned accounts to ensure timely premium payments, resolving complex queries, and developing offshore team capabilities. Additionally, the position involves reviewing broker statements, enhancing process documentation, and analyzing data to propose operational improvements.
