Credit Controller

The Credit Controller role focuses on driving improvements in credit risk management and operating procedures while building effective relationships with commercial teams and external customers. The position involves investigating credit risks, managing problem accounts, and ensuring adherence to company credit policies to maximize cash collection and minimize risks. Additionally, the role supports the Credit Control Team Lead and Credit Manager in preparing monthly reports on aged debt, DSO, and cash flow.
