Credit Officer

This 12-month fixed-term role involves managing a portfolio of overdue accounts and collecting outstanding debts through phone calls and emails. The position requires liaising with facility personnel to resolve unpaid disputed resident accounts and processing customer refunds. The role also includes assisting the billing team with call volumes and updating resident information for all DERP's.
