Credit Operations Lead

The Credit Operations Lead will build and launch the first-line credit operations function for Pennylane’s own-book financing activity, translating risk policy into executable decisions and controlled workflows. This role involves managing credit origination, manual reviews, exception handling, and portfolio monitoring while collaborating with Product, Tech, and Risk teams. As volumes grow, the position will scale the operating model, tooling, and team to support the company's licensed financial services expansion.
