The Credit Performance and Analytics Manager at M-KOPA is responsible for leading portfolio analytics and strategic credit evaluations within the Credit Risk & Analytics team, aiming to enhance digital and financial inclusion across African markets. This role involves utilizing SQL, Python, R, and BI visualization tools to analyze credit performance, develop sophisticated financial models, and deliver actionable insights to senior management. Additionally, the manager will oversee the design of experiments to improve credit performance, while effectively communicating complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (economics, econometrics, data analytics, computer science, statistics, engineering, finance, or behavioural psychology)
