Credit Risk Management

This role is responsible for ensuring the Bank's overall credit risk exposure is maintained at prudent levels and within the risk appetite parameters set by the Board of Directors. The position involves evaluating borrower financial performance, developing credit risk policies, and conducting risk reviews to support decision-making. It also includes overseeing insurance portfolios, identifying early warning signals, and mentoring credit analysts to drive effective risk management practices.
